Client Relations Account Executive (Minneapolis)

Luxury Garage Sale (“LGS”), Chicago's premier designer consignment service, provides first class selling services to its high-end consignor clientele. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for the fashion industry, luxury brands and the start-up culture to join our LGS Team in Minneapolis! You will work towards the achievement of providing white glove services to our high-end clientele across our multiple online and offline

The role of Client Relations Account Executive is responsible for developing relationships with new and potential consignors, as well as managing and maintaining existing client relationships with the ultimate goal of expanding the company's client base. The Account Executive works within the Client Relations team for the achievement of consignor satisfaction, client acquisition and revenue generation.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Drive new business by prospecting new consignors including; personal and professional network, stylists, closet organizers, and high-end store sales associates 
  • Meet monthly intake and sales goals
  • Create marketing opportunities using innovative and forward thinking strategies 
  • Schedule appointments with clients in-home and on site at any of our locations 
  • Cultivate and manage walk-in consignor relationships
  • Conduct extensive client outreach utilizing personal and professional networks
  • Follow-up on new leads via email and phone in a timely manner until shipment is received or
  • Attend and network at events and functions on behalf of Luxury Garage Sale
  • Accept and price new inventory according to LGS standards
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2-3 years professional work experience, sales experience preferred
  • A social butterfly who enjoys networking, meeting people and using social media
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Confidence in a cold calling environment

  • A detail-oriented individual who focuses on personalizing the consignment and shopping experience
  • Familiarity with Inventory Management software encouraged
  • Extensive knowledge and/or interest in designer fashion preferred
  • Casual dress and relaxed working environment
