Chicago Client Relations Account Executive

Luxury Garage Sale is looking for an outgoing, accountable, entrepreneurial and driven Client Relations Account Executive to join our Chicago consignor relations team. The role of Client Relations Account Executive is responsible for developing relationships with new and potential consignors, as well as managing and maintaining existing client relationships with the ultimate goal of expanding the company's client base. The Account Executive works within the Client Relations team for the achievement of consignor satisfaction, client acquisition and revenue generation.


  • Drive new business by prospecting new consignors including personal and professional network, stylists, closet organizers, and high-end store sales
  • Meet monthly intake and sales goals
  •  Create outreach marketing opportunities using innovative and forward thinking
  • Schedule appointments with clients in-home and on site at any of our locations 
  • Cultivate and manage walk-in consignor relationships
  • Conduct extensive client outreach utilizing personal and professional networks
  • Follow-up on new leads via email and phone in a timely manner until shipment is received or appointment booked
  • Attend and network at events and other functions on behalf of Luxury Garage Sale
  • Accept and price new inventory according to LGS standards

Who LGS is Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2-3 years professional work experience, sales experience preferred
  •  A social butterfly who enjoys networking, meeting people and using social media
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Confidence in a cold calling environment 
  • A confident candidate who’s highly interested in building customer relationships and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A results-oriented person who’s driven to grow with LGS and build a book of
