Executive Assistant

Luxury Garage Sale is looking to hire a dynamic and entrepreneurial Executive Assistant to add to our Chicago team.


  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
  • Facilitate/coordinate interviews, meeting spaces, drinks and food, if necessary
  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; communicating with each department to anticipate needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies and managing overall supply budget
  • Assists management with travel arrangements, lodging, and meal planning as needed
  • Manages office maintenance to ensure everything is running smoothly, including but not limited to internet and phone services, cleaning and maintenance crew, and building maintenance issues
  • Manage and coordinate incoming deliveries
  • Manages a variety of special projects for the Co-Presidents, some of which may have organizational impact
  • Send out annual review and celebration reminders
