How do I change my email address for my log-in?

How do I create an account?
Click the "Sign In" button on the top right corner of any page on the site, and then click "Sign Up!" at the bottom of the popup. You'll need to enter your name, your email address, and a password.
How do I find an item on the website?
Use your search bar at the top of the screen if you are looking or a specific brand or item type. If you would like to browse but narrow your options, use the filters also located at the top of the screen.
What if my size is not available?
Check our site often as we post new items daily! Please email specific item requests to our "wishlist" and we will notify you as soon as your desired item becomes available.
What is "wishlist"?
"Wishlist" is a database where we store a list of your personal desired items. Email us and let us know what you are in the market for.
Whether it be a particular brand or item, we will let you know when it makes its way through our doors.
What does New With Tags mean?
Item is new, not pre-owned. Although the item has never been worn, it may not arrive with original tags still attached.
Is my information secure?
Absolutely. We take security very seriously and do not share private information with any parties. We run LGS operations on a secure and private server so payment information is always safe.
What if I receive a damaged item, etc.?
We do our best to describe an item's condition as accurately as possible. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, customers can return clothing and shoes. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return within 3 days of receipt. All accessories, handbags and jewelry are a FINAL SALE.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately at email@example.com.
Can I sell my personal items on Luxury Garage Sale?
We would love for you to consign with Luxury Garage Sale! Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process.

How do you authenticate?
Luxury Garage Sale guarantees that all items sold on our site are 100% authentic. All products we accept are inspected for brand-specific guidelines and are put through a rigorous authenticity test process before sold online.
Please not, brands sold are not partnered with or affiliated with Luxury Garage Sale.
How do you determine conditions of your items?
All our items are certified authentic. We use 5 categories to describe the condition of each item.
New with Tags: Item is pre-owned but has never been worn. Original store or designer tags are still on item.
New with defects: Item is new with tags, but has slight defects from trying on or storage.
Excellent: Pre-owned, but shows no signs of wear.
Good: Pre-owned, but shows slight signs of wear.
Shows signs of wear: Pre-owned or vintage, and while still an excellent piece, shows some obvious signs of wear throughout item.
What is your return policy?
Customers can return clothing and shoes by initiating a return via email within 3 days of receiving the item/items. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a return. All accessories, handbags and jewelry are a FINAL SALE.
How do I return an item?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, or at least your name, and we'll work from there.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Luxury Garage Sale does not cover the cost of return shipping.
How do I check on my order?
You'll receive an email when each item you order ships.
When will my order ship?
We will ship your order within 2 business days of payment. Please note it may take anywhere from 3-5 business days after you receive your tracking information for your package to arrive.
Where is my order confirmation?
An order confirmation will be sent to you via an email from email@example.com.
What happens if I do not receive my package?
Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after you place your order and we will open an inquiry case with FedEx.
Please note, it may take anywhere from 3-5 business days after payment is processed for you to receive your package.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the continental United States is free via FedEx Ground. Second Day Air is $25 and next-day air is $45.
International shipping is a flat rate of $45. Please email for expedited international shipping rates.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are required to charge county, municipal, and state taxes for regions where we have a physical presence. These states include:
- Illinois: 6.25% State Tax + 0.0% - 4.75% County, Municipal & Other Taxes
- Texas: 6.25% State Tax + 0.0% - 2.0% County, Municipal & Other Taxes
- New York: 4.0% State Tax + 3.0% - 4.875% County, Municipal & Other Taxes
- Minnesota: 6.875% State Tax + 0.0% - 1.5% County, Municipal & Other Taxes
- Washington: 6.5% State Tax + 0.5% - 3.4% County, Municipal & Other Taxes
* Clothing and footwear shipped to Minnesota will not have sales tax applied.
