Return Policy
We accept returns of unworn clothing and shoes purchased on our website. All handbags, accessories and jewelry are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned.
To initiate an authorized return (for clothing and/or shoes), please reach out via email to service@luxurygaragesale.com within 3 days of your order's delivery date including your order number, or at least your name, and we'll work from there. We only accept items that have the original tags, including the white Return Security Tag, attached for a return to be considered. All items must be unworn and unwashed. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as when they were sent out. Please note that return shipping will be responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to turn down a return request.
Items that are not eligible for a return may be able to be reconsigned. Please visit our “Consign With Us” page or reach out to service@luxurygaragesale.com to learn if your item is eligible for reconsignment.
